On the 5th of April 2017, 25 students from grade 1 and 2 went on a farm field trip to AlShahaniya near Al Dosari Zoo as participation in Farm Qatar program which is a nutrition education program. They explored greenhouses with farmers, and learnt how vegetables grow. They also participated in short activities like planting tomato and drawing the plants with its needs then created healthy snacks. It was a nice activity since they learnt the beauty of nature.
