At the beginning of each scholar year, our school offers the opportunity to parents to meet their child’s teacher. This meeting is very important as the parents meet the teaching staff for the first time, get to know the progress of the educational process in the school throughout the year, share with the stuff members their concerns and become a part in the amelioration of the academic level of the dear students.
Under this framework, and under the slogan “Education for Tomorrow Empowering Tomorrow” Al Manar International School, Al Dafna Branch, organized a parent-teacher conference on Monday, September the 2nd for The KG Department and Wednesday, September the 4th for the elementary one.
Parents were introduced to the teachers and coordinators, they were also informed about how to follow up with their kids effectively, how to reach teachers easily and how to use the information provided by the school to serve best the interest of their children.
They were also informed about the provided books and how to use them and were introduced to our curriculum and how the vision and mission of the school is incorporated in it.
Parents were also given the opportunity to meet one-on-one with their child’s teachers, introduce themselves and discuss how to work together in order to help the students use their full potential.
