On Monday 19th of February 2018, four students from grades 5 and 6, the social worker and the elementary academic controller attended the conference” safe childhood” at Qatar National Convention Center.
The forum‘s aim was to enhance the procedures of the state institutions to achieve safe childhood and supporting the various partnerships between the different state agencies, civil society organizations, the private sector and schools. The forum focused on the family and the child and highlighted the services provided by institutions concerned with children and the challenges facing civil society organizations in dealing with children’s issues. The forum also addressed some of the problems that are faced by children and their psychological, social and legal effects.
