Field trips are a great way to bring excitement and adventure to learning process. The KG Department at Al-Manar International School had organized a field trip to AlKhor Park on January 24th, 2018. Students had the opportunity to see different animals like ostrich, zebra, Oryx, goat, and the deer. They were fascinated looking on how the animals behave and interact with each other; the ostrich was the favorite amongst them. Students enjoyed playing in the nice sunny weather and wide green areas. They had a lot of fun swinging, sliding, and climbing the monkey bars in the well –equipped playing area under the supervision of their teachers and assistants. It was an amazing day to explore the new and exciting things found at the zoo and to develop an appreciation and respect for animals’ life.
