Parents often find themselves at school for parent-teacher conferences around this time of the year. For many families, this is their first opportunity to sit down with their child’s teacher to talk about school progress. It’s important to use this time to share strategies of the school, and to ask any question they might have.
In this regard, Al-Manar International School, Dafna Campus held its Parent Orientation Night on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 for Kg, then on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 for elementary classes.
Parents were orientated about the expectations for the year, the books that the students will be using and how to use them, vision and mission of the school, finally , how it is incorporated into our curriculum.
Parents were also given the opportunity to meet one-on-one with their child’s teachers.
