Taekwondo is one of the traditional Korean martial arts and is more than just a physical combat skill. This sport has appeared in Korea and has been known for more than 2000 years and has developed as means of self-defense<\/p>\n

On Monday March 12, 2018 Al Manar International School participated in the Schools<\/em> Olympic program in\u00a0\u00a0 (Women\u2019s Sports Committee)<\/em> under the weight of 35kg and another player over 39 kg<\/p>\n

\u00a0The student was defeated under the weight of 35kg from Jabir Ibn Hayyan in Round 16 while<\/p>\n

the student won in the weight of 39kg in the first match with Birla school in round 16 and defeated Edison International School in Round 8.<\/p>\n
